NECC has successfully delivers over 100 residential lots across multiple subdivisions in North East Victoria per year. 

These works comprise of:

• Site Set out, services locating and service relocations
• Bulk earth works to obtain subdivision finished surface heights
• Installation of all inground services including, drainage, sewer, water, electrical and communications
• Construction of roads and footpaths
• Engagement with all stakeholders including Local Government, Utility Companies, Design Consultants and Private Developers.
• NECC have Trimble GPS machine control on multiple excavators and graders as well as hand held rovers for set out of works.
